Warranty : 
 Performance warranty 90% for 10 Years & 80% for 15 Years for PV Modules 
warranty is in the scope of manufacturer.(25 Years) 
 Inverter warranty of 10 Years form manufacturer. 
 AMC will be charge extra after 1years, AMC after 1years will be signed separately.

Payment Terms:- 
 25% during order confirmation. 
 60% before material dispatch. 
 15% after installation, before net metering.

Client Scope :- 
 Provide shadow free open space, with clear roof, free of any encumbrances like trees/plants or 
equipment or dummy pillars etc. 
 In case of Projects with net-metering, Customer should additionally pay for the cost of required 
in distribution system i.e. Bi-directional meters/ CTPT Sets and connected load or contracted 
demand increase, as per the actual estimate provided by DISCOM. 
 Provide safe and secure storage area for the project components, upon receipt at site. 
 Provide power and water required for civil construction and erection works. 
 Provide necessary internet connectivity to the inverter for remote monitoring of energy generation. 
 
Terms & Condition :- 
 Under standard conditions, we will install the system within 45 - 60 days upon receipt of 
85% advance and clearance, if needed, from appropriate agencies. 
 The price mentioned in the proposal is valid for 3 days. 
 We will ensure that installation and commissioning of system fulfill regulatory guidelines 
and are up to best accepted standards. 
 All govt documentation, permits and approvals will be taken care by our team. 
 The cost of net meter/ bi-directional meter will be borne by Customer. 
 Subject to extra payment is any. 
 
Cancellation Charges 
 Cancellation charges won’t be imposed if an order is cancelled within 7 days from the day of 
order confirmation. 
 Post 7th day, the cancellation will be subject to discretion of our company and there will be a nominal 
cancellation charges of 15% of system cost. 
 There will be no refund after the materials are dispatched to the customer’s site.
